iBike_Gang! was in full effect at Staple, the Independent Media Expo. We debuted the first mini-comic version of the iBike_Gang! sketchbook, and the Go'unh T-shirt.







Don't be fooled. That's David Hopkins (writer of Emily Edison and Karma Incorporated) and Steven New. Go'unh himself is shy about personal appearances, but he's signed over the rights to his likeness, so we hired Chad Hawks to make this fake head. Being a sport, Steven sported the Go'unh costume and sufficiently creeped people out, while amusing me and Adan, our executive producer (pictured below in the Go'unh T-shirt).



And speaking of Hoppy, he offered a glowing endorsement of the mini-comic on his blog, Antiherocomics:

Brock printed some mini-comics, which should be available at local comic stores soon -- Orbit, a 24 hour comic and the iBike_Gang! Sketchbook. For anyone who purchased these two minis, it's hard to deny that Brock has one of the most original, and off beat (in a good way), minds in comics. As someone who's worked with him, I can testify... no one thinks the way he does. I can't wait to see the completed iBike_Gang!
